Strengthening Local Governance through Professional Office Management

The KIMO Institute is pleased to announce the Office Management Capacity Building Training for Paletwa Local Administration, a seven-day online training program designed to strengthen the administrative and management capacities of local government personnel in Paletwa Township.

Effective public administration requires efficient office management, sound financial systems, strong documentation practices, ethical leadership, and digital competencies. This training aims to equip local administration personnel with practical knowledge and skills to improve institutional performance, accountability, and public service delivery.

What You Will Learn

During this seven-day training, participants will gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:

Training Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day 1–6)
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Day 7)

Training Period: July–August 2026

Target Participants

Applications are invited from personnel working in local administration and public service institutions in Paletwa Township, including:

  • Administrative Departments
  • Education Departments
  • Defence Departments
  • Judicial Departments
  • Humanitarian Affairs Departments
  • Taxation Departments

A total of 20 participants will be selected for this training.
